There are a lot of online companies, although probably very few that will produce just one custom binder... a local printer might be a good resource, if you go the custom route.

Card stock would be ideal paper to use - it is so sturdy. Should we keep all the paper white or are colors ok? The plastic sleeves as a great idea - so much easier than laminating each sheet!!!
