To log your preferred date for the party - please comment to this post, rather then make a new post - just easier to keep track of the responses. The three-day weekend is January 17-18-19.
I vote for that weekend. I will already be up in New England so it works very well for me. I can not do the weekend before but could do the weekend after. Not sure on Ando's plans...
The long weekend works for us also -- nice to have that extra day to travel or recover, or even party longer! Our calendar is pretty clear, but the sooner we get it written in, the better.
